ALL MARKETPLACES
* CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS: You must be 18 years of age or older and currently residing in the United States in order to make a purchase from me.
* PAYMENT METHODS: I only accept payment via PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, PayPal funds). I do NOT accept checks, but you can pay with your checking account through PayPal (that's what an eCheck is). If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a credit/debit card (one of the previous ones mentioned).
As of December 26, 2006 (if not earlier), PayPal has updated their Acceptable Use: Mature Audiences Policy. It now states that "PayPal permits transactions for certain sexually oriented physical goods by U.S. residents. Physical goods include videos, DVDs, magazines or other tangible products physically delivered to the customer." However, "PayPal prohibits transactions for all sexually oriented digital goods. Digital goods include downloaded pictures or videos, subscriptions to websites, or other content delivered through a digital medium."
* SHIPPING: Items will be shipped once payment is received. I will ship the package to the mailing address you have registered with PayPal. Most of the items I sell will ship via Priority Mail, though UPS is used for more expensive items. Only in rare cases is Media Mail or First Class Mail used. It all depends upon the value and weight of the item, and what marketplace I'm selling the item through (so the shipping method listed on the item listing may not be how it really ships). My shipping rates are listed in the table displayed below, which is for shipping within the United States only. The rates are based on item price, not weight. I can not accept orders from outside of the United States.
* INSURANCE: Insurance is not included, but can be purchased for an additional fee.
* LOST MAIL: Please check your mailing address before you give it to me (I will ship the package to the mailing address you have registered with PayPal). I'm not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. If your package is returned to me by the post office, I can reship it if you give me the correct mailing address and pay for the additional shipping charges. If your package is NOT returned to me, and you didn't pay for insurance, there's nothing I can do. (If you did pay for insurance, I will file a claim with the post office [or other delivery service], but expect for it to take a few weeks or months before they respond with their findings.)
* RETURN POLICY: All sales are final, everything is sold AS IS (with no implied or expressed guarantees), there are no refunds or exchanges, though I describe everything as best as I can so you'll know what you're getting before you buy it.
* RARE SHIPMENT DELAYS: Although I fulfill orders in a timely manner, I am occassionally away from my house (and thus away from my computer) on business. Usually I am away for 3-4 days, though on rare occassions I can be away for as long as a week. If I am home when I receive your order, then I can get your item shipped out within 24-48 hours. If I am away, then I will mail out your item within 24-48 hours of when I get back. In either case, you will receive an e-mail from me or from the shipping service I use to let you know that the package will be shipping out soon. This is usually the only e-mail I send out.
AUCTION MARKETPLACES
* SCAM ALERT: I know about the scams going around. Don't waste my time asking if I'd accept BidPay or Western Union money orders/wire transfers, or if I'd let you handle shipping via FedEx or any other shipper. Sending me a question like this results in you getting automatically added to my blacklist (and possibly reported to Yahoo). For the record, I handle all shipping arrangements, I only accept the forms of payment listed below, and I never mail out any items until payment is in my possession. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* SENDING PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY: Payment must be made via PayPal within 24 hours of the close of the auction. You do not need to hear back from me to send the payment as the item price and shipping price are both listed with the auction. I have a zero tolerance policy regarding non-paying bidders. So, it would be ideal for you to send your payment via PayPal almost immediately after you place the winning bid. If you will be unable to make payment within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please e-mail me to tell me why (my address is included in the automated e-mail you'll received after you place the winning bid). If you don't e-mail me, I will have to assume that you're a non-paying bidder, and will deal with you appropriately.
* SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS: Yahoo Auction's system is not set up for combined shipping, so if you want to buy multiple items from me, you'll have to buy them through the PayPal shopping cart on this storefront.
* INSURANCE: Yahoo Auction's system is not set up for adding insurance, so if you want to buy insurance for your order, you'll have to buy the item(s) through the PayPal shopping cart on this storefront.
These are my shipping rates at PayPal, which are for shipping within the United States only. They only have five sets/rows of Cost & Price Range fields, so I've had to reduce my 14 rows into these 5. So if the shipping seems a little excessive some times, this is why. I've e-mailed PayPal suggesting that they allow users to add and subtract as many rows as they want. Hopefully that'll be something they'll add in the near future.
