It is a die-cast car with metal exterior, black plastic interior, black screwed-on plastic bottom, and rubber wheels (branded GoodYear Eagle). There is no indication of who manufactured the car for Mars, Inc. The text on the bottom of the car reads: "Ford Thunderbird, (c) Mars, Inc. 1992, Made In China, Not suitable for children under 36 months"
